Almond Chocolate Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

75g PLAISTOWE Premium Dark Cooking Chocolate
20g butter
1tbsp cream
125g butter, extra
125g PLAISTOWE Premium Dark Cooking Chocolate
3 egg, separated
3/4cup (165g) caster sugar
1cup (150g) self raising flour
2tsp baking powder
3/4cup (100g) almond meal[/color

How to make

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 8 ramekin or dariole moulds.
2. Combine PLAISTOWE Rich Dark Cooking Chocolate, butter and cream in a pan stir on low heat until smooth. Cool and refrigerate until firm.
3. Beat butter and extra melted PLAISTOWE Rich Dark Cooking Chocolate, then beat in egg yolks. Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and almond meal. Whisk egg whites until stiff. Fold into almond mixture.
4. Spoon almond mixture to half fill prepared moulds. Place a heaped teaspoon of chilled chocolate mixture on top. Spoon remaining almond mixture on top.
5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until cooked. Allow to stand for 5 mins before turning out onto serving plates.
NOTE: Allow refrigeration time.
